« on: October 22, 2009, 11:20:35 AM »
Warmer here today, but LOTS of rain in the forecast for the next 24hrs.   :banghead:

I managed to change the oil in the dog and wash the truck engine last night.   :-)

Getting ready for a visit from the inlaws this weekend.

I only hope he's an outside dog.  But at least the car won't stink up the house anymore.

Cloudy and crappy.  Spent the morning explaining to engineers that not all meggers (megaohm meters) are not the same.  Don't really want to explain it now.  Still pissed.

Sun's out, cats are out on the porch and they are happy and not squawking to go out there.

To them, if the sun is shining that means the porch door should be open. Bailey always does all the sharp meows to get the door open, then waits by the door until Jazzy goes out and checks to make sure it's safe, before she will go out. Then the other two will follow. Never changes. And people say cats don't have personalities...ha! they don't live with any....

Have to do an interior shoot later this afternoon. Will wait for the other half to go with me. It's for either a potential short sale, or goes to foreclosure next month. Owner hasn't completely moved out yet.  :(

We have that "whole bunch" of rain coming this way after it visits lug, Chris, and ree.....y'all can keep it if'n ya don' mind.... :uhsure:
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Locally, it appears that we got 5" of rain yesterday/ last night.  :o I also got sick from something. I had to pray to the "great god commodus". I feel better today.

I'll take an overcast day in Boston vs. a sunny day anywhere else in the world!  It's actually quite warm, too.

Oh, just wait--another month and all the Massholes will be sliding around and off I-95 and the Spaulding trying to get to the ski resorts.

It has rained constantly most of last night and all day today. My front  yard has a small lake in it.

Went home for lunch and let the dogs out. Our golden did her business and came back in (she's sensitive  :lmao: ). The mixed-breed decided to whoop it up. Did her circuit of the pond, chasing frogs and whatnot.

Over by the brushpile, she's barking her ass off at something on the ground. I thought it might've been a snapping turtle (we have at least two in the pond), but it turned out to be some foam from the water running down the hill, into the brush pile on the way to the pond.

This is the same dog that barks at her reflection in the glass door.  :rotf:  Freakin' nutcase.  :mental:
