He said that republicans are worried about this, "Hope thing." He believes that people who are going bankrupt are holding out until after the election to see if Obama wins, because they supposedly interpret this 'hope' as, "Obama will bail them out of their financial mistakes free and clear instead of them having to face their own financial mistakes." He said that he would rather see Hillary win because of it (he is completely obsessed with hating the Clinton family.) Like most republicans he sees the electorate as mindless zombies who are absolutely mind controlled by the media. I told him that people just aren't that simple or stupid and the financial problems with credit markets are largely a result of the trillions this war has cost us and not the fault of those who fall victim to the fallout of same.

He listens to RW talk shows all day long in his office, so I suspect this is where it comes from. He is quite tired of Bush, I have noticed, but he buys into all of the typical boilerplate BS from the right and believes that tax cuts are the answer to everything.

I found his worries quite bizarre, to say the least. I must admit, it made me feel sorry for him in a wierd way.

More bounces than the basketball game I'm about to watch.

Constantly repeating the words "hope" and "change" is not a domestic policy.   :whatever:

F-L-U-B-B-E-R MANIA
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

This is a bouncy, but it hits on some interesting projection notes:

They are because he will.

Just like more than half of the Left who finally came out of the closet when they had a place to escape from the ECC (Evil Clinton Clan (c) Freedumb2003).

Said the mindless zombie who is absolutely mind controlled by the media.

Sen.Obama is nothing more then an empty suit that the dems hope will be looked at as a "symbol" much like they though Sen.Kerry would do for them.(who are the real racists btw)
He will never be asked a tough question and he will never spell out a policy position if it can be avoided.
It has to frustrate Sen.Clinton because back in 1992 that was pretty much how the media regarded then Gov.Clinton giving him a pass on everything, ultimately delivering the White House to a "stealth" candidate.

What goes around comes around. :-)

6. leave it to the right wing to worry about "hope"

They must realize when hope replaces fear and hate, their politics are pretty much gone

2. Next time he whines about the media, you might bring up the fact that

the media is controlled by those who support REPUBLICAN candidates and platforms. If HRC and Obama were not very business friendly, the media wouldn't give them a moment of time other then to ridicule them. There is no "librul" media brainwashing people-only a massive conservative media that speaks with one voice.

The last time I checked the lame stream media is overwhelmingly left leaning.

Wow, who knew that borrowing 110% of the value of your house and making interest-only payments happened to some poor, innocent, intelligent people because of the Iraq war, instead of because they just couldn't see themselves living in that cheap house and making do with the 3 year old car?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

It is hard to take DUmbasses seriously when they talk about the media.  The MSM admits its liberal bias.  That fact should pretty much end the discussion and clear up all DUmmie confusion.  Do a search on Google for "media admits liberal bias".  It is no secret.

If the MSM is so in the pocket of republicans, what is the point of singling out "Faux" News for special hate?  Shouldn't they be just another spoke in the wheel?

It's funny that the primitive mentioned zombies. Whenever I hear a B. Hussein Obama supporter say "Change" I can't help but think of the South Park episode where homeless people invade the town asking for "spare change". The homless people would shuffle about like a zombie and would just kept repeating  "Change... Chaaaaaange..."

Here's a clip from Comedy Central for those who are not South Park fans.

http://www.comedycentral.com/motherload/player.jhtml?ml_video=85513&ml_collection=&ml_gateway=&ml_gateway_id=&ml_comedian=&ml_runtime=&ml_context=show&ml_origin_url=%2Fmotherload%2Findex.jhtml%3Fml_video%3D85513&ml_playlist=&lnk=&is_large=true

I'd embed the video, but I'm not really sure how to do it.
