Pretty busy weekend. Started out with having the pro put out four harpoon traps for the mole(s) that have found my lawn to be a great source of earthworms. Two of the traps tripped, but only snagged one mole. He's dead. Graveyard dead.

Washed the motorcycle and lubed the chain. It was about time - hadn't done that since late May.
Otherwise prepping the bike and the various lawn equipment for storage. Pulled the blade off the 22" propelled mower. It looked like a piece of freakin' angle iron. Edge? HA! I've seen sharper edges on a basketball! Changed the plugs, air filters, etc. Will change the oil in spring.
Bowled a 545 last night.
Formed a new brass quintet. Had our first rehearsal yesterday. Lotsa good vibes - I think we're gonna keep ourselves.

Some names being bandied about:
On the cheesy side:
"All Lacquered Up"
"Pipes, Pistons, and Slides"
On the more esoteric side:
"Highway 63 Brass Alliance"
"63 Brass Coalition"
A bit more formal:
Central Missouri Brass
Mid-Missouri Brass
Opus Five
Missouri Brass [Quintet]
Harmonium Brass [Quintet]
We'll figure something out.
