I dunno. That looks  like a photoshop to me. His left arm is rather hairy while his right arm has little or no hair. Even if he continually worked out his right arm, it would STILL have the same amount of hair that his left arm does, unless he also shaves his right arm.

I keep dropping in to throw a pun out there, but there is something truly gross about that pic.  It blinds me every time.  Even if the other arm was the same size.  That is one hell of a meathook.  EW.
