A five-acre farm. That's quite a spread. You could run a herd of cattle, raise corn, wheat, soybeans. And way down on the south one you could maybe start a dude ranch for city folks to visit on vacation.
GW Bush has (if I remember correctly) 1200 acres down south of here, thats considered a small farm.
I suspect the primitive just wants someone to mow the lawn, for free.
