I hope the Palin family can find a way to cut off his parental rights.  Most of the time I believe both parents should stay involved with the child, but this is not one of those cases.

He has to grab the cash while he still has a chance.  In a year or two he will be unhireable and faded from our memories.

Don't know why Palin would be embarrassed. His behavior pretty much delegitimizes any criticisms he might have thrown their way. What it amounts to is her daughter had something that is not unusual for a teenage girl: poor judge of character in the young man she is dating. It's why we hope to impart some wisdom in our daughters(and sons) so they don't make permanent(given they have a child together) mistakes like this.

Poor stupid boy.  He's having to struggle and compromise for the Flash Cash, which will be limited and short.  All he really had to do was act like a responsible upstanding person and stick by the Palins.  He would have been set for life.
