New Haven Police Find Car With Explosives Inside

Police have arrested a man after they found his vehicle was filled with explosives.

Around 11:30 p.m., police said that a car was found with explosives at the intersection of Grand Ave and Clinton Ave. Police said that the car had long guns, pipe bombs and propane tanks. The bomb squad did respond to the incident.

I'd like to know who owned the car or who was using it. I have my suspicions right now, but they would be considered as racial profiling.
