Please post your stories, or just check in.My mother would be alive today if she had had access to health care. She was destitute and dying before she qualified for Medicaid. She died from a form of cancer that's highly curable if caught early.
My great great great great grandfather died because he didn't have health insurance. So did his kids, wife, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, and dog.
I know people who had health insurance and died anyway...imagine that?
If we had socialized medicine they would all still be alive. No one dies under O-care.
There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site
Check in here if you've had your earnings stolen by some douchebag liberal politician to pay for someone too damned sorry to do for themselves. <check>
Rule #1: The death rate of all humans is 100%. Rule #2: You cannot change Rule #1, no matter if there is "free" health care for all or not.
I understand that there are 200 year olds walking around Europe. Ain't insurance great.
