If it would have worked, they could have had a nice list of ‘terrorists’ to round up for Nepolitano’s internment camp. People need to be on guard to these liberal traps which will be set with inceasing frequency all over the Internet.13 posted on Monday, September 28, 2009 1:12:25 PM by iontheball

LynneSin (1000+ posts) Mon Sep-28-09 05:29 PMResponse to Original message 3. “Should he be assassinated†and “WOULD he be assassinatedâ€. There is no difference. The concept of wondering if a president should be assassinated is not something that normal, sane people would ever EVER contimplate. I spent 8 years opposing the Bush administration and never once have I seen another lefty anywhere on the internets post about "Oh I think we should/would do THAT to Bush". We are not criminals, we are not insane and we know that someone who even contimplates that thought stands a good chance of having the Secret Service visiting them.
DaveinJapan (344 posts) Mon Sep-28-09 05:51 PMResponse to Reply #3 24. Funny you should mention that... I actually posted this topic over on the Hannity site (after all, Drudge ain't covering it and they've got to get their news somehow right? lol), and one of the first comments was "it'd be the same if they'd had a poll on DU about Bush".I'm getting right sick of that retort from the right wingers, "it's the same on both sides". Bullshit...it's NOT the same and it's damned scary what these wingnuts are talking about and planning!
Hepburn (1000+ posts) Mon Sep-28-09 05:56 PMResponse to Reply #24 30. Never, ever in all my time on DU have I ever seen anything even... ...remotely similar to that posted about Shrub. And...if it had been, I am betting there would have been a ton of ALERTS and the idiot posting that kind of offensive garbage would have been rewarded with a granite pizza.JMHO
LynneSin (1000+ posts) Mon Sep-28-09 06:21 PMResponse to Reply #24 37. I did dozens of protests during those 8 years and very rare did you find violence. Oh sure there were usually a few radicals there that just wanted to raise cain but 99.99% of us where there in peace - inspired by generation of Civil Disobedience leaders like Ghandi, MLK Jr and even Jesus himself.

Mz Pip (1000+ posts) Mon Sep-28-09 05:38 PMResponse to Original message 12. geez, a whole bunch of them think this is some liberal plot to discredit their sorry asses. Sorry dudes, but liberals have better things to do than put up phoney Obamahate polls.Well, no matter what they think. The Secret Service and FBI will figure all this out and hopefully who ever did this will have to face up to whatever laws may have been broken. This isn't about free speech. There are some lines that it is just illegal to cross. This may have been one of them.
gateley (1000+ posts) Mon Sep-28-09 06:02 PMResponse to Original message 33. Reading these posts makes my blood run cold and I feel like the small mindedness and hatred is suffocating me. Who are these people???
So in 8 years, no DUer ever posted such a poll about Bush? I find that difficult to believe.

Anyone happen to save to pic from the DU thread where they drew the bombsight over the ranch house in Crawford?
That poll mustn't of been too popular, because I didn't see it, and I am probably friends with people who woulda voted.
