My friend Deb, who also moved to California when we did, is looking for a job.  She found this job on Craigslist.  Now granted, this is for medicinal marijuana but still......

I'll bet 99% of the applicants first question was..........can we smoke on the job?

Great, like that scene in the Blues Brothers:

At $10/hr, you could smoke your way to bankruptcy in nothing flat, to say nothing of the cost of Twinkies and Cheetos.

Not likely--liberals don't tip worth a damn, and since Mar Vista is right next door to Santa Monica, I can tell you for a FACT that people don't like being in service industries (waitstaff, bartenders, etc.,) because the tips generally suck.
