Not only does the Bill apply to defunding ACORN, but ANY organization that may have filed a fraudulent form with the government. They are building a list of companies that meet this criteria and it's already got several including:

- Blackwater
- RNC
- Boeing
- GE
- Haliburton
- Several Insurance companies
- Any Republican Campaign that may have filed a fraudulent form with the FEC
- Bank of America

and many others. The list is growing rapidly.

I'm guessing Boehner forgot who actually *enforces* the law. LOL!

On Edit: be sure to read the comments on how some of the Kossaks are backing up their nominations with the actual fraud committed by these companies.

I think these idiots should remember that there is a difference between being paid for a contract, as most on the list they chortling about have been, and just receiving grants of cash from the fed like ACORN has done. The government is legally bound by contract to pay most of those on the list. Oh wait, under 0Bama, legal contracts mean very little.

Fraud ?....did they say defund FRAUD ?....oh goodies....how 'bout SS, SSDI, Medicare, Medicaid, Foodstamps, school lunches.......and that's just for starters.

Why, you know, if we defund all the government fraud mechanisms, we can tax Al Gore and a few Hollyweird stars at 90% and pay all the governments bills.
