Killer on the loose
« on: September 20, 2009, 01:02:07 PM »
Anyone been watching the search for the psychotic killer that was let out of a mental hospital to attend a fair.?

Not so strange he went missing and it took 2 hours before the mental hospital for dangerous patients decided to inform police that they had LOST a real crazy.

Now we know why the defence of insanity and instead of prison to place the person in a HOSPITAL is seldom successful.

Prision is just that, to be locked behind bars to insure the deranged are not ever let loose.   The Hospitals are run by doctors and staff that live their life wanting to help people and are the first to be used by the crazes that manipulate others.

What do they know except for text books and teachers that that themselves do not understand insanity as they have refuse to believe that anyone may be evil.   Not their fault, parents or up bring or society caused the patient to act out---never do they give a thought that the patient may have been born evil.

So this hospital takes a patient who got out of prison by the insanity plea, dresses him in civilian clothing and takes them to a Fair surrounded with thousands of potential victims. The watcher has 2 other insane people to watch and with 3 nut cases with one watcher, one gets away.

I believe the mental hospitals should be for the people that can be counseled and turned around to live a good life.  Not to house those that are so far out of it that they can never be placed back into society.

Sure makes me feel all warm and fuzzy to know that if I take the grandbabys to a state fair that they may end up- next to a psychotic killer waiting in line for a ride.

Gee look at all the kids that come from family's that cannot afford the entrance fee for their kids.  Sad but I could not afford to pay for my family to all 12 of them to go to 6 Flags.   Guess the kids will have to take a hatchet to someone or wipe out half our family in order to ride a roller coaster and eat cotten candy.

The fact that they took him to a fair is almost as crazy as he is. I hope nobody gets killed.

Got him and the story gets even stranger.  Somehow it appears he has been planning this for some time.  He got a backpack somewhere, a guitar, food and a field syth YIKES

The fact that he was a known escape risk from the past bothered no one it seems.

The question I have for the authority's is, ---if the standard for a insanity defence is that the person does not know their actions are wrong, the patient makes no move to cover up their actions, then since this patient set a body on fire to confuse the police---does that not mean he did in fact know his actions were wrong ???

Why was he sent to a hospital and not prison in the first place.?
