President Carter's remarks on race .........

1. We need more people to speak up on this BS
We can't afford to allow this type of rhetoric to continue. I'm glad Pelosi spoke out on it today.
Bela Pelosi knows what's going on?
Today, Bela admitted she hadn't heard anything about the ACORN scandal, and was surprised when the Senate sent the House a bill stripping ACORN of taxpayers' money.
Bela Pelosi knows what's going on?

2. I think that President Carter is one of the few who has had the guts to stand up and call some of the opposition to President Obama what it is, racism. I think there are those out there who are genuinely opposed to the policy and base their disagreements on that opposition.
On the other hand, I think that the over the top anger, the vile signs, the comparisons to animals, the birthers and the Confederate Flag are racism.
I also think that anger breeds hate and hate breeds violence. Unless something happens to change this cycle, it's only a matter of time until there is an act of violence that occurs as a result of the hate that even the MSM won't be able to deny. It's in the air, it's a palpable electricity, it's in the faces of the protesters last weekend and it scares me.
It's in the faces of the primitives on Skins's island.

4. Jimmy knows best.
Former President, Nobel winner, extensive experience working with all races around the world, intimate knowledge of racial issues from growing up and living in the South, known and respected for his honesty.
Who better to comment on this?
Well, whatever it was that franksolich last flushed down the commode would be one.
