Does Canada allow anyone to emigrate if they are likely to be a drain on its socialist healthcare system?
Even a couple of DUmmies had admitted in the past they couldn`t go there for that reason.

Not a damn thing here about "compassion" just an attempt to blur the lines of citizenship in an effort to create another dependent underclass of dem voters.

Once again the DUmmies are lying. Worse yet they are lying to make their messiah look bad.  0Bama has said that there would be a proof of citizenship requirement only for the government option plan.  He clearly said that they would still be able to purchase insurance from the private industry, the same as they are able to do now.
