It's supposed to be another day of my normal 4 day weekend, but I have to go to work.  :bawl:  At least it's overtime.

I've got to go to work with a back still stiff from Saturday's wrestling of many 300-pound granite boulders, at deer camp (road reconstruction).  Skelaxin isn't cutting it.  Ibuprofin will be on the docket next.  (Oh--I beat every boulder I wrestled.)

"All you have to do is look straight and see the road, and when you see it, don't sit looking at it - walk!" -Ayn Rand

"Those that trust God with their safety must yet use proper means for their safety, otherwise they tempt Him, and do not trust Him.  God will provide, but so must we also." - Matthew Henry, Commentary on 2 Chronicles 32, from Matthew Henry's Commentary on the Whole Bible

"These anti-gun fools are more dangerous to liberty than street criminals or foreign spies."--Theodore Haas, Dachau Survivor

Dentist appointment this morning, then I am collecting a dog we are keeping for some friends for a couple weeks.  He's HUGE and loveable, but he seems to take up the whole  room!  Should be a fun couple of weeks!

Just baseball practice tonight.

Finally got the "cash for keys" check for a foreclosure( 2 wks late  :censored:), so have to meet up with the former owners, collect their keys, give them the check, get locks changed and take pics of the property to start the prep for getting the house back on the market.

Have to get 6 props re-listed in MLS today after getting the contracts renewed yesterday. Sure wish someone would buy them....make my sellers happy and my checkbook ecstatic....

It's cooler and cloudy today....FALL IS HERE!!!!! :bouncy: :bouncy: :bouncy:
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

"My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far I've finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already." – Dave Barry

A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.

I went in at 4, got home at 2;30 and have to go back at 8 tonight.  I'm hoping to only be there 4-5 hours tonight.

Work and more work.  Got to release a switching clearance (from home) after dinner.

And based on a few text messages I got from an acquaintance this evening, I'm more convinced than ever people get worked up over the stupidest shit (in this case, I cashed in a small poker tournament ($20) but lost money overall (spent $25, for a $5 loss), and they're pissed at ME because I didn't tip.)

Almost time for me to go back to work.
