The two people doing the investigation work for Andrew Breitbart, I believe.  I'm sure that Fox did a more thorough vetting of them before airing the video than Dan Rather did about President Bush.

"It's wrong to give tax dollars to a group with multiple convictions of undermining our democratic process and our laws," Johanns said Monday in a news release.
ACORN became a lightning rod for attacks by conservative groups during the 2008 elections for what the groups claimed was voter fraud. The association helped hundreds of thousands of minorities and low-income voters register to vote in the election.
ACORN acknowledged that small fraction of its canvassers tried to defraud the association by submitting false information in order to get paid for their work. However, it has never been shown that false voter registration caused an improper vote.
