A few serious questions for the tea-baggers?
You say you are worried about losing your freedoms. Where in the hell were you for the last 8 years as we were screaming and marching and telling America the very same thing? You were quieter than a church mouse. As the President came out and admitted that they illegally spied on over a million Americans, you said nothing. I must say, your protestations now seem just a bit suspicious. You say you want to take your country back. Sorry, suckers. You lost it about 8 years ago. What freedoms have we lost under Bush name 1? The "spying" was not illegal no more than the wars were illegal calling them illegal does not make it so

You say you want a balanced budget and an accounting for all the money we are spending. Where were you when George W Bush and the Republican Party were doubling our national debt in just 8 short years? Where were you when they kept asking to increase the debt ceiling by hundreds of billions of dollars? Where were you when they were borrowing a trillion dollars to prosecute two wars, at least one which was based on a stack of lies? Where were you when the Republican Party spent over a half-trillion dollars on a new "Medicare" program which was nothing more than a handout to the big insurance companies? Where were you when we borrowed more than $5 trillion dollars to add to our national debt. You were ****ing asleep! Now we are supposed to take you seriously? Most of us were complaining about his spending too jackass

Where were you? When we were telling the nation that our Constitution was being shredded and that George W Bush and Dick Cheney were wiping their asses with it? You never said a word. We can only asume that you agreed with them. Now, you are shocked that the people threw your asses out? It's good that you are now waking up? But you are about $5 trillion dollars and eight years short. The majority of America can not take you seriously. You have no credibility.
Again I ask what right did Bush take from us come on name just one

That's SOP at DU. In fact that is why kentuck posts these questions in safety not anywhere that they can be answered.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

The Stupid should hurt clean through the family lines over at DU.

I keep trying to find the alert button here, but damn it, I have to argue a point on my own...
You see, I don't care you how feel.  I really don't.  More importantly, neither does anyone else.  Only about 200 people on a planet of 7 billion actually care about your feelings, and that's if you're lucky.  The sooner you grasp this lesson, the better off you will be.  And since almost no one gives a damn what you do, say, think, or feel, appealing to your feelings when you encounter differences of opinion is not only illogical, but useless.

A few serious questions for the tea-baggers (which will be asked from safely behind the walls of Skin's compound since I am too afraid to venture outside)?

Fixed.

There is at the bottom but I think its rusted shut since no one ever uses it here.  And if anyone did just for having their views contradicted the mods would laugh their heads off. :-)

The "Alert" button is hidden by calling it "notify".   :-)

Nah, doesn't have the same ring to it.
This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.
