Wet Weekend In Texas
« on: September 11, 2009, 03:50:25 PM »
Looks like Texas is going to have a wet weekend. At least this would put a dent to this drought that has plagued us. Also, something tropical could develop next week. We shall see.

Bring it on.  Lake Livingston area hasn't had the rain Houston has.  We have been missed by most of the rain.  We did get a sprinkle this morning but not near what we need.

We sure need it. Our fields were blowing away, now they're under water. But my pond is back, so horses are happy!

Horses were the next safest way to cross a river after small boats in the old west.

Lol, if it keeps raining, I'll soon find out.  I'm sitting right above the Nueces.
