Domestic terrorist how? Did he threaten anyone with violence? I have little doubt that assholes like him do create a chilling effect, especially when they hang out around abortion clinics with their disgusting signs. But I don't think that alone is enough to classify someone as a domestic terrorist. And I certainly don't think it makes him deserving of death.
