LOL.  Nothing sez out of touch like a congressman who can't figure out what a town hall is.  People wonder why the "mob's so angry" .... incompetence is right!

This bonehead, an Independant, is reason number 234.444,398 I don't trust Independants. They're fence sitters, willing to fall either way.

Take a stand. Be a man. Choose which side you are on. Indies are cowards, unwilling to commit. I have little use for such wimps.

I'm now an "Independent", however, I have STRONG conservative views. The reason WHY I'm an independent is the fact that the GOP has abandoned their constituents and have become RINOS.

Fair enough. I may have been too hasty in my opinion about independents. I too have lost respect for the RINOS infecting the GOP. Whenever I hear one talk about "reaching across the aisle" or "compromise" it makes me ill. I tend to think in military terms. Whenever one "compromises" one alters his values. I still stand by what I said though. Many independants are fence sitters.

BTW, I know I'm still a noobie, so if I disagree with Admin it doesnt mean I'm one of those a-holes who comes in and starts being a jerk. I'm just an opinionated Marine. Like THAT'S unusual.  :-)

When I'm posting like I did, I'm not acting in an official capacity. I'm just another poster/commentator, as every member is. When I have to act in an official capacity, I typically let people know. I don't think you're a jerk, as we all know us Sailors need our Sea-going Bellhops !!  :-)

maybe it should be at 1645 so the zoomies can join in before they sprint off base to avoid saluting the flag...

I can't stop looking at it. It's pure poetry, and illustrative of the entire problem with congresscritters in general.

Yeah, gotta love the down-to-earth mentality shown by most of our Congresscritters.

Hey, Che!  You getting this?  You might want to update your resume, toots--I'm guessing you're out of a job come November 2010.

I just saw this on Fox.....you would think after a month of town hall meetings...these dumbasses would smarten up and start listening, instead of acting like "king of the hill"....cause they aren't even going to be ants building the hill in 2010 if they don't start listening!! :thatsright:
