40. Can't handle the truth, can you?

Obama needs a kick in the pants to remind him of who elected him--THE LEFT--and if it takes someone running against him in the 2012 primary, so be it.

I, for one, am glad Keith has the cojones to be honest about what's happening. Bury your head in the sand all you like, but Keith's been telling the truth since 2003, and I'm glad he continues to do so...no matter who is in power.

8. I say expect to see some democractic congressional/senate opponets running against Obama in 2010

As progressives begin to ditch him big time over this (his turning his back on the torture thing, and afganistan).

9. I will vote for Obama again, but I think a challenger is a great idea

Politicians only do whats right when they're pushed into trying to win votes.

A challenger would keep Obama on the right path, though its way too early to be talking of 2012.

11. No, it's EXACTLY THE RIGHT TIME to speak of 2012

any potential primary opponenet will have to start exploration next January if they are to mount a real campaign.

19. well gee, if KO thinks Obama should have a primary challenger

I guess Barack should just pack his bags... lol. Keith is a clown who had his ego bruised by the Michael Smerconish interview and the realization that for poliitical reasons, you'll never see Barack do an interview with Keith again. Quite frankly, the administration likely welcomes this fuming by Keith because it makes those in between the ideological fringes view Obama as someone willing to anger his own base to get things done.

32. HoDo could KO BO in NoHo.

The first in the nation primary! Levity aside, I hope Obama gets healthcare reform on track with his speech. I sure would hate to see us get to a place where there was serious support for a primary challenge to Obama, but it could happen if he triangulates against lefties too much. Expectations are legitimately high given our fat congressional majorities.

42. 7 months is MORE than enough of a chance

All Obama has done is worship at the altar of "bipartisanship", while not getting enough Republican votes on ANYTHING to take up the fingers of one hand.

It's time for him to use his 8th month in office to wake up to the fact that the Republicans are NOT going to cooperate, there's NO sense in offering them any compromises, and that the people want a public option--PERIOD.

If Obama isn't "liberal enough" who in the Hell is for these Dummies?

Scrape some of Mao's DNA and let the Chicoms clone him-- that would make them happy.

You see, I don't care you how feel.  I really don't.  More importantly, neither does anyone else.  Only about 200 people on a planet of 7 billion actually care about your feelings, and that's if you're lucky.  The sooner you grasp this lesson, the better off you will be.  And since almost no one gives a damn what you do, say, think, or feel, appealing to your feelings when you encounter differences of opinion is not only illogical, but useless.

waitaminit, waitaminit... competition in the free market is bad, all it does is screw the workers, but now it will magically make 0bama work harder?  How can that be?  Or is it that competition for a limited resource makes one work harder to get it?  Sounds kinda Darwinist, don't it?  What do you believe now DUmmies?

It's all talk, no action.  Unless the challenger is Black (And I don't see anyone in position to challenge who is), Obama gets 95% plus of the Black Dem voter demo in a primary even if he gets caught eating live babies on national TV.  Nobody's going to score the overwhelming landslide it would take with the rest of the Dumbocrat voters to overcome that advantage.

Actually, I've heard his numbers are dropping something to only like 70% among Black Voters.

That won't be the case if it comes down to an actual election contest against a real White or Latino candidate, instead of just general discontent over the shortage of free ponies for the Black community so far.

A lot of them wanted Kucinich (some still do). He wouldn't be much different from Obama, except most of his cabinet will likely worship Xenu.
