the PMSNBC commentators sound a lot like they are calling hillary "bitchy" early in the debate.

Yes, that's exactly what they're saying.

Rearden:  Yes, this looks like the end of the Clintons.  She won't run again.

 :cheersmate:

Chelsea should not be a factor for 20 years, if ever. (I hope) Not that the Dims coulden't throw something worse at us in the meantime.

she is 28, so you are probably right.  or that is what they said this morning.  it was an extended topic of conversation.

david wilhem, the former bill clinton campaign manager, is literally on his knees right now before The BarackStar!

Local media in Cincy is doing the same. Saying Obama "won big on national security" of all things. sheesh!

because he didn't make a mistake on foreign policy?  he ducked the Medvedev question, and he went second, for crying out loud.

Now don't get technical WE. They can FEEL when someone is winning a debate.  :p

God knows why they said it? The "more troops to Afghanistan" thing or the "bomb the terrorist in Pakistan" thing maybe? Dunno. My take is they both lost on foreign policy tonight.

we'll see how he does against mccain.

I saw a cool factoid someplace;  when The BarackStar! was in muslim school in indonesia, where he claims that he learned about foreign relations by living in foreign countriues, john mccain was also living in asia.  he was a prisoner of war, residing in the hanoi hilton.

Makes ya think. I have no big love for McCain but he will wipe the floor with either Dem on foreign policy debates.

just another observation, but ironically enough, the success in iraq could work against us in the general.  the safer iraq is, the less insane it seems to put a total neophyte in the white house.

a chick on PMSNBC just said that african americans aren't (or at least weren't, which opens an entirely different line of questioning) voting for The BarackStar! because he is african american.

michelle bernard, I believe her name is.

They're fighting on DU about the denounce vs reject thingy.  The hard core Hillbots say Hillary called him on it and totally won that exchange.  While every person with an actual brain is saying she didn't.

she painstakingly set him up as being soft on farrakhan.  he basically said, "fine, have it your way.  whatever."

the point, both stylistically and substantively went to The BarackStar! on that one . . .  BIG.

I didn't catch it all, but did The BarackStar! say that he had regrets about the schiavo saga?

that's going to piss off all the liberals that wanted to kill her.

I think I got that backwards.  I believe I heard on the scarborough show this morning that he regretted not doing something to prevent the senate from intervening in the first place.

My brother lives in OH.  I told him he should vote for HRC.  If she can stay in, we get to watch them fight for a couple more weeks.
