The "reality-based" community. Riiiigggghhhhhhhtttttttttt.......t.  :whatever:

If they're the reality-based community, this nation is ****ed 3 ways to Sunday.

DUmmies now are just like the DUmmies of the 60's, they need drugs to cope with reality.  It's no surprise that so many of them are insane, they turn their backs on their families and on God, have no real life friends and live in their own little fantasy world.

DUmmies are nutcases, which is very different from mental illness.

Then you have the hybrids at the DUmp, the mentally ill nutcases, like UGP and DUmmy Philosoraptor.

Enough psych drugs could turn nutcases into overly sedated vegetables, I suppose, but treated mental illness and DUmmy nuttery are
two different things.

I've seen SSRI's in action, and for a lot of people they are the greatest medical discovery since penicillin.

I think it's just further evidence of their victim mentality. In fact they WANT to be victims its excuses their failings/unfulfilled dreams. Better still, when they do triumph at something or react it gives them an over-inflated opinion of their efforts.

They spun Bush it a massive global conspiracy of wanton brutality so they could feel like Davids confronting the Neocon Goliath. How brave of them.

Now they wallow in mental illness because they beg attention and offer excuses for any confrontation not going their way.

My name is lightningandsnow, and I take "happy pills".

Specifically, I take escitalopram (lexapro/cipralex) for generalized anxiety disorder.

I've struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember. I remember being 4 years old, crying and shaking uncontrollably because I got called to the principal's office and was terrified of what would happen.

4 years old and going to the principal's office....

Yeah, right....

I have to call  :bsmeter: on this one....

I have vague memories of being in "Head Start" when I was 4 but only because of riding the bus with older siblings. I can remember quite a few things from Kindergarten, but I was a year older. I was also hoping that Nixon would win the '68 election, but only because I didn't think Snoopy had a chance.

With the exception of a possible few on the Island most are taking 'happy pills' for an inability to socialize, deal with normal and everyday stress and just because everybody else the know is on a psychotropic drug.  This just proves the lemming tendencies that prevail there.  Look at them all jumping into that thread with "me too".

I don't think there's anything wrong with getting medical help for mental illness or crippling emotional disorders.  It just looks to me like the DUmmies are buying into the 'Big Pharma Lie" they're always ranting about to be seen as cool to other DUmmies.  More hypocrisy from the Left.

They aren't working, you and the other primitives still complain and are miserable.  See the label on the bottle that says "Take one per day"?  You need to get the one's that say "Take ten anytime you want to."  And there's no way to be certain that'll help either.
