Honduras high court threatens Zelaya with arrest
August 23, 2009
(AFP) – 1 day ago

TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras — Honduras's Supreme Court has rejected a Costa Rica-brokered deal that would have restored ousted President Manuel Zelaya to power and sternly warned that he faces arrest if he returns.

In a ruling late Saturday that fell in line with similar pronouncements by the military-backed regime, the high court said that Zelaya will not be allowed to return to power, and "cannot avoid having to submit to established procedures of the penal process" should he return to Honduras.

Zelaya was ousted from power in a June 28 military-backed coup and replaced with interim leader Roberto Micheletti.

From the article:
Quote
The court decision also accused Zelaya of "crimes against the government, treason against the nation, abuse of power" and other misdeeds, as it affirmed the legitimacy of Micheletti's government.

Zelaya committed serious crimes against his own nation. I hope he is tried.

What I would like to see.
US high court threatens Obama with arrest
Sept 23rf, 2009
(AFP) – the near future

Washington — The US Supreme Court has rejected a UN-brokered deal that would have restored ousted President Hussein Obama to power and sternly warned that he faces arrest if he returns.

In a ruling late Saturday that fell in line with similar pronouncements by the new American Republic, the high court said that Obama will not be allowed to return to power, and "cannot avoid having his buttocks tossed in Gitmo should he show his Dumbo ears this free land again.

Obama was ousted from power in Sept, and currently resides in exile in Haiti along with the ousted democratic leadership (apparently not even France wanted them).

We have people that would probably do it BUT probably won't because they're affraid that those who did back them up would soon stab'em in the back (RUN out on them).
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin
