Official: Coroner Rules Jackson's Death A Homicide
« on: August 24, 2009, 03:42:42 PM »
The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson's death a homicide, a law enforcement official said Monday.

The finding makes it more likely criminal charges will be filed against Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician who was with the pop star when he died.

The official says the coroner determined a fatal combination of drugs was given to Jackson hours before he died in his rented Los Angeles mansion on June 25. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released.

Forensic tests found the powerful anesthetic propofol in Jackson's system along with two sedatives, the official says.

I doubt that the doctor gave Wacko Jacko anything that he didn't ask for. Still that would not absolve the doctor of giving too many drugs.

What a bunch of bogus  :bs: !

Homicide implies murder, which implies Jackson's death was the doctor's goal.  We all know that ain't what happened.

This is a case of stupidcide.  The corpse is as guilty as the hired doctor.

Michael Jackson must have been one miserable soul.

A lethal dose when administered to a non-addicted person.  Michael Jackson was obviously a very serious addict and may have a huge tolerance for drugs.

Homicide just means the person died at the hand of another. It could be legal, like self defense,
or accidental, or unintended but criminal as in cases of manslaughter. Murder is another type of criminal homicide.
Having stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, that's my understanding.

It is clearly stupicide. There was never any doubt about the stupidity of any of the Jacko clan.
Then he went and hired a "doctor" that wasn't even much of a veterinarian. A good vet can
put a critter to sleep a lot more efficiently than this moron did.

does anyone really believe this doctor would deliberately kill his "cash cow"?
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

"My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far I've finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already." – Dave Barry

A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.

Sigh..

This means we are going to get to hear about Jackson for at least the next couple of years. The man is as annoying in death as he was in life.    :whatever:

I'm certain there was no intent to kill by the doctor. Its as likely as everything else that Jackson was self medicating on top of the injections he was administered. He may have taken something else to 'take the edge off' which may have been one pill too much.

The one truth that we are certain of (other than Jackson is dead) is that the man was a prescription drug addict. And drug addicts of any sort will do what it takes to get medicated.

Nothing was said about the doctor  making any attempt to Clean up the drugs before the ambulance arrived. Could be this was a deliberate scheme to make it look like Jackson committed suicide,?

Where was everyone, just the doctor ,a cook and Jackson in the house.  Was this SOP for security.?

I can understand how his doctor may have been afraid of going on tour with him, Some of the country's they were going to have severe penalty's for any kind of drug dealing and questions would have come up about anything he ordered from local sources.

I really believe the Doctor looked at this tour with dread and had to stop Jackson from going.  perhaps he never meant to kill Jackson but he must have wanted him too ill to travel.
