Looney libs

From the Nashville City Paper....

A letter to the editor:

To the Editor:
Iron John’s irony

The fury that has been created on the neo-conservative right — as well as most conservatives — as a result of the Washington Post and the New York Times releasing stories that insinuate John McCain had a romantic connection with one of his former female lobbyists during his last campaign for president is quite ironic, to say the least.

The irony being that they hounded Bill Clinton the full eight years of his presidency and even during both his campaigns about his personal romantic failings and kept up the pressure until they forced him to lie under oath to try to avoid losing his family.

The Republican Congress then got their impeachment charges through after wasting over $4 million doing it and he was not convicted.

They were so holier than thou and smug about it but now that the shoe is on the other foot it seems that even the loudmouths who vowed they would vote for Hillary before they would vote for McCain (Rush Limbaugh, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, Glen Beck) are crying foul and claiming a left wing plot is in play.

McCain’s defenders say that it really doesn’t matter if it true or not because it’s not important — an absolute reversal in their stance concerning Clinton. I believe personally if it is true that it is not important. It certainly is not to me because it brought no harm to me or the country.

Oh, I'm sure it's worse than that...next thing you know we'll find out Rove pushed him out of the way on his way to Seigelman's house...poor Billy boy was JUST getting ready to light a cigar and wouldn't you know it, he stumbled and tripped and that damn cigar landed in Monica.

Yes and all the women that said the clenis raped them were all liars.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Do what?

Last time I checked, humans had this thing called free will. Nobody held a gun to his head and told him to LIE TO CONGRESS, he chose to do it.

Holy shit, I had forgotten how stupid these people were.  :shortbus:
