Olbermann: Senators' ObamaCare Opposition Product of Campaign Bribery; Huffington Calls for Censure

If you want to understand how the left-wing views opposition to ObamaCare, look no further than MSNBC's Aug. 12 "Countdown with Keith Olbermann."

According to Huffington Post editor and co-founder Arianna Huffington and MSNBC host Keith Olbermann, nobody could possibly oppose health care/health insurance reform on the merits of the legislation or for ideological or philosophical reasons. There must be something nefarious occurring.

At a town hall meeting on Aug. 12, Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, voiced his opposition to H.R. 3200 and other forms of legislation that would dramatically change health care, which he felt would be for the worse. This was too much for Huffington, who called Grassley a liar.

HuffBlo and Overbite are getting nervous.  The sheeple are not acting as predicted.

I'll think they matter when they call for investigations of bribery into every congressman that has taken donations and then voted favorably for those donors.

Bribes...what bribes?....oh that....that was just retainer fees to the law firm.

I was forced to listen to this wet queef last night, and he was so pathetic it wasn't even funny.  It was amazing how low he stooped, when he actually tried to dig up dirt on that man who was attacked by the SEIU in St. Louis.  And then he did a gloat segment when he reported on how Beck lost some advertisers on his radio show.  The man's a low life sack of shit, and it amazes me that people watch him.

It would be more accurate to say 'Senators' ObamaCare Support Product of Campaign Blackmail,' in rounding up enough Dem votes to add to those of the dedicated moonbats to get the POS passed into law.

Losers like Olbermann and the Huff have to invent enemies because even they can't say anything good about Obamacare.

Teh moonbats were on parade on the way home from work this evening.  I have to drive past Vanderbilt Univ. every day.  They were across the street...probably about 50 of 'em, yelling and waving signs for "single payer healthcare" etc.  Vandy is the second most liberal school in the US, after Berkeley.  They were yelling for people to honk in support, but they were honking because the idiots were out in a lane of traffic.   :thatsright:

BTW, there were no reporters anywhere in sight.   :-)

I stand corrected.  There was at least one moonbat reporter in the vicinity:

Health-care rally hits Nashville rush hour

The heated debate over President Barack Obama's proposed health-care reforms came to the streets of Nashville on Thursday.

During rush hour, the intersection of 25th Avenue North and West End near Centennial Park was packed with bumper-to-bumper traffic and shoulder-to-shoulder supporters and opponents of health-care reform.

A coalition of organizations in favor of the reform efforts held the rally to drum up support. They were carrying signs and even passing them out to drivers passing by.

A smaller number of anti-reformers also turned out carrying signs and getting in heated debates with pro reformers.

*snip*

Rep. Jim Cooper, a Nashville Democrat, canceled an appearance at a first day of school celebration today at West End Middle School after hearing that anti-reformers planned to attend and raise the health-care issue.

Cooper is a wuss.
