Virginia Man Allegedly Sets Driver on Fire During Argument

Virginia police arrested a man suspected of setting a woman on fire during an argument while he was riding in her car, MyFOXDC reported.

Culpeper County deputies received a domestic assault call on Aug. 10 in Brandy Station, Va. When they arrived they found a 37-year-old woman being treated by fire personnel for burns to her head and neck.

The unidentified victim said she was driving with her 12-year-old daughter in the back seat and 45-year-old James Edward Anderson in the front seat when he assaulted her.

During an argument Anderson allegedly sprayed her with a flammable liquid, and when she pulled over and tried to get out of the car he threw a lit match at her, lighting her on fire.

OMG!!!!!! You gotta wonder how it just so happens that he had flammable liquid readily on hand while in the car.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Probably the bottle of booze he was sucking on, would be my guess.

He probably would've been unconscious before the argument got that far if he was hitting that stuff straight, I'm guessing more likely something in the normal 80-86 proof range.

Maybe they were are their way to a BBQ and he so happened to have lighter fluid.  :-)

Bacardi 151 most likely. EverClear is nowhere to be found in VA.
