"Family TV"

"Family" Television doesn't seem very family-freindly to me. How many curse words do you suppose are in a movie like "Bring it on" or its sequel?

There is nothing family-oriented about ABC Family

I have the same issue with "educational" television (the kind that shows up on PBS).  It doesn't seem very educational.

This is one of the main reasons we don't subscribe to any TV.  We do occasionally stay in a hotel or a relative's home that has cable or satellite...after scrolling through the channels a couple times, we always end up on Animal Planet or Discovery or the History channel.  TV totally sucks. ::)

I dunno...there are a couple shows out that I like..."Phineus and Ferb" cracks me up.   But my first choice is usually Basball or Football.

I like how the sister always looks foolish, no matter what F&F have done. I like the substories with the platypus being a spy.  I don't watch it , but catch it sometimes when my wife is watching it.

They had an episode where she actually does get them caught and they get to military summer school. She has a change of heart and busts them out. It aired today.

I remember that one. My wife watches cartoons as much as I watch the news.

They've just replaced educational with indoctrinational.
Try the National Geographic Channel.  Everything is caused by globalwarming.   :whatever:
