I'm at a coffee with the congressman and these teabaggers are nuts

Congressman Cleaver (MO 5th) has a once monthly coffee where he meets one on one with constituents. The place is packed with racist teabaggers. They are chanting 'Read the Bill' and 'Just Say No'. They are also angry that Cleaver isn't speaking to the crowd. But he is doing what he does once a month. It's kinda funny.

The guy behind me is going on and on about the evils of socialized medicine. And he claims he was on welfare as a child. I just told him he looks healthy enough so my tax dollars obviously kept you healthy as you were growing up.

They keep chanting and we out chant them every time. I am standing here with a bunch of union thugs and we are surrounding Cleaver as he talks to each constituent. Please forgive any spelling errors as I am being shoved from behind.

One lunatic just told us he pays $6000 a month for insurance and has already refused Medicare.

But my favorite is the lady who is at least 75, maybe 80, and her sign says 'Keep Government Out Of My Health Care'. I stood next to her for as long as I could stand it and heard at least 6 people ask her if she had refused Medicare. LOL She never responded.

Took lots of pictures. Will post later.

2. should we ask these folks if medicare should be stopped???

wonder what would happen if anyone suggested that medicare be shut down and these folks be put in private health care with the premiums to match.

6. Maybe we should make up a "Medicare Cancellation" form for them to sign at these protests.

A twist on the enlistment forms that chicken-hawks can't stand.

I dunno.  I'd sign one of those cancellation forms in a heart-beat, if it made me exempt from paying taxes to support Medicare, too.  Fair is fair.

3. Yeah you'd think that if the lady had any principles at all she's refuse Medicare and her SSI check. I'd love to see pics.

Well now, here's an interesting situation.

The dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher is always spouting off against "capitalism."

The dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher is near retirement age, when she begins to start collecting a rather hefty teacher's pension.

The dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher's pension plan is sustained by capitalistic investments.

Because she's against capitalism, if the dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher had any principles at all, she'd turn down her pension.

Fat chance.

5. Please don't refer to union members as thugs.

I know you were just joking but we don't want to give the r's any ammunition.

I would LOVE the opportunity to opt out of SS and Medicare.  Let me out of those taxes (as Frank said) and I'll be more than happy to opt out.  Until then I want 'some' of my money back.

I actually called SS once to see if there was any way at all I could get out.  They laughed at me.  I told them they could have every dime I put in and they still thought it was funny.

Thought about seeing how hard it would be to prove I was Amish ......

I believe the clergy have the option to not participate in Social Security.  You can be a reverend for a $20 permit... you just have to go to the count clerk's office.

No kidding?  Any idea if they audit that?  I mean .... are there any other rules that you know of?  If it's illegal I don't want to do it but if it is legit .... I could be all over that!  Hell that would save me $15,000+/year.

I'm not sure.  My last accounting instructor was a CPA... she was full of useless information like that.

I wonder what church "Reverend" Sharpton and "Reverend" Jackson preach at, because I've never seen it.

Did the Klan shout "Read the Bill" and "Just Say No" as they lynched blacks?  I must have missed that in the history books.

Racist, my ass.  That woman is a pure fool.

Remember what the dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher is, a drek primitive.

The odoriferous Bostonian Drunkard (a les risibles primitive, one of the laughable primitives) with his boryborygmous spasms is sweet perfume, compared with the gangrenous stench emanating from the body and soul of the dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher.

Doesn't Obama plan to "save" billions from MediCare?

Now that we know Big Pharma is on their side, what are they saying? Did the DUmmies turn on a dime?

I love the talking point how if us conservatives are against socialism we should refuse SSI when its time to retire. when in fact our entire lives we were forced to contribute. When we collect SSI we are simply having some of the money that was taken from us slowly given back to us.

I wonder if the DUmmies who support taxation so much, are signing over their tax refunds to Uncle Sam or, are they buying more dope and Cheetos?

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

What is it about "Read the Bill" and "Just Say No" that's racist?  God, they're braindead.  Willingly fed talking points by Janine Garafalo.

I don't think she was in jest when she referred to union thugs.  I think she's proud of it.  Well, we've got big strong guys on our side, too.

I don't know about where ya'll live, but where I live, people don't like commie union thugsters. The KKK killed 5 communist union thugsters in Greensboro NC back about '79 with the TV cameras rolling and the whole world watching.

I'd be happy to get back only what I put in, with the average 3% increase I'd have gotten by sticking it in a bank.  ::)

One of my Dim coworkers just signed up for SS.  He was so thrilled...he qualifies for $1300 a month.  Of course, he was careful to explain that he'd signed up to have income tax taken out of his SS check, and then explained that, of course, the government can't tax the tax money, but once they send it to you it turns into income, and he gets to pay taxes on all that "free" income.  Evidently, he's never actually read one of his paystubs... :mental:

It most certainly is racist.
Congressman Cleaver, unlike Ward, June, Wally, and The Beav, is a colored socialist.
Any disagreement with him, the jug-eared Kenyan, or Al Sharpton, is by definition a racist attack.
It also qualifies you for a report to the White House snitch line.
You are on thin ice.
