She went to college to boost her chances of finding a great job once she got out of school, but now that that hasn't happened, Trina Thompson wants her money back.

Thompson, a graduate of Monroe College, is suing her school for the $70,000 she spent on tuition because she hasn't found solid employment since receiving her bachelor's degree in April, according to a published report.

The business-oriented school in the Bronx didn't do enough to help her find a job, Thompson alleges, so she wants a refund. The college says it does plenty for grads.

People like this deserve to have their pictures on billboard pointing out their idiocy like a big dunce cap. Jesus, grow up, young lady! If her mother had any worth as a mother she'd tell her to do the same instead of indulging the cry baby lawsuit). :hammer:

Wait until all those grads working at minimum wage jobs join in and it becomes a class action suit.

Been done before, kids that graduated from highschool that cannot read have sued.

They do get a settlement from the school district just to get the kids off their back.

70 grand on a BBA IT degree, so it's neither business nor IT heavy. Only a couple or three months out from graduation and she suing already. She sounds like the perfect match for our next czar!

Naw.  They leave that for the kid's attorney to do, as a professional courtesy.  That way he gets a bigger cut.
