The easiest way to carry out a false flag attack is by setting up a military exercise that simulates the very attack you want to carry out. As I’ll detail below, this is exactly how government perpetrators in the US and UK handled the 9/11 and 7/7 “terror” attacks, which were in reality government attacks blamed on “terrorists.”

Although ill health keeps me from working as hard in the area of false flag analysis as I used to, the urging of independent editors and brother intelligence officers has prompted me to write this essay. I’ll keep it short for readers with limited time, but I will include invaluable links for those who want to delve deeper and understand better.

My aim, as a former military intelligence officer who spent five years with the U.S. Army 75th Division conducting military war games, is to convince the American people that the “next 9/11″ — constantly promised by officials and the media — is likely to be carried out under the guise of future military exercises. If the American people are aware of pending exercises and the danger they represent, then the exercises cannot “go live” and effect the very terror events that they are supposed to be rehearsing against.

Military Exercises

The 9/11, 2001 attacks in the United States and the 7/7, 2005 attacks in the United Kingdom both have smoking guns proving that the mass murderers were not foreign terrorists but domestic tyrants. Each country’s government was conducting military exercises that simulated the exact events that were to occur.

The US 9/11 Commission stumbled across strong evidence of treason by Dick Cheney when it interviewed Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta, who was present in Cheney’s famous command bunker as Flight 77 sped toward Washington, DC. Cheney was at the center of national military exercises simulating terrorist hijackings of US aircraft — at the very time that those hijackings were occurring in real life. On May 23, 2003, Secretary Mineta testified:

“During the time that the airplane was coming in to the Pentagon, there was a young man who would come in and say to the Vice President, “The plane is 50 miles out.” “The plane is 30 miles out.” And when it got down to “the plane is 10 miles out,” the young man also said to the Vice President, “Do the orders still stand?” And the Vice President turned and whipped his neck around and said, “Of course the orders still stand. Have you heard anything to the contrary?”

3. There are internal battles
 within the bureaucracy that can stifle Cheney's plans. The publication of the Iran NIE is one example, maybe there are other examples that we don't know about yet.

We've got someone here in my flight who thinks it's a Missile.  He didn't realize that someone we worked with was at the Pentagon when the plane hit.  Kinda hard to refute that...

Had a civilian plane full of people been shot down then these same idiots would be screaming to the hilltops about how the evil military had killed all the passengers aboard.

The fact is that no matter what had happened on the morning of September 11 2001 the DUmmies would be trying to make political hay out of it.
They do not care how many bodies they have to climb on to push their socialist anti-American agenda.

When I was in Tech School in April of 02' we had a MARE (Major Accident Response Exercise).  There were active train tracks that ran about 10 feet outside of the base perimiter fence.  About 50' inside the perimeter fence were the dormitories where thousands of Airmen lived while attending their technical training.

The simulation was that a train loaded with radioactive material had been rigged to explode by terrorists while it went by the dorms.  Pretty much, the "dirty bomb" nightmare.  At that time, the dirty bomb was huge in the news as a possible attack to be perpetrated.

The key flaw in this persons argument is that when exercises are underway, they don't use actual materials for these things.  There was no train with radioactive materials.

When I was at Shaw AFB, they did another MARE where a KC-10 (in flight refueler) crash landed, slid off the runway into a JP-8 silo, then slammed into the closest dorm to the flightline before exploding.  There was no aircraft.  There was no spilled jet fuel.  There where no exploding buildings.

Under no circumstance, no circumstance at all could something like this be pulled off, and kept quiet.  Hell, people can't keep their mouths shut when a satellite begins to fall from the sky, or some Russian bomber flies close to our ships.  But THOUSANDS of Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, and Airmen have kept this secret for the last 6 years?  No one has come forth and offered proof that this was an inside job?

That is strictly impossible.

In the FLARNG we did some quick brushing-up on crowd control when news of Castro's falling ill came to light. Essentially they're expecting 400,000 Cuban exiles to be dancing in the street. I can only imagine that our MSCA (Military Support of Civilian Authority) exercise would be used as "prima fascista" evidence of a US plot to assassinate an asshat.
