I don't think you could find a better, more succinct, or simpler example of just how ridiculously stupid this bill is.

My wild guess without reading anything would be so you can't deduct it from taxable income.

Absolutely brilliant don't you think.

What ever happend on that double taxation on anything that one had all ready paid a federal tax on.???
