3. I was NPO for 3 and 1/2 days

I couldn't even look at food

still really haven't gotten an appetite back

I eat because I have to

nothing tastes good or even sounds good

infact, everything smells and tastes like medicine

I am on the road to recovery but still weak and still in considerable pain

6. that burning sounds like what I went though with the potassium

the pancreas controls the insulin ect in your body so the illness played a part of the blood suger stuff but also I was NPO for so long and nothing but IV fluids so

the first labs showed my BSL at like 45 which is way low, so they gave me a sugar bolus something then it spiked really high so then after that it fluxuated back and forth finally the last day it was steady around the 95 levels...

This is her second thread on the subject. Almost a verbatim replay.
She was at death's doorstep in the ICU, and her main concern was
the hospital TV did not carry Keef and the carpetmuncher. She was
infuriated to see Faux News, and the nurses just didn't understand.

The funniest thing about it is if you can remember the DUmp reaction
when Attorney General John Ashcroft was stricken with pancreatitis back
in 2004. Very different. The best one was when the Round Red Queer, himself
destined, a year or so later, to die from a pancreas-related illness, expressed his
hopes for Ashcroft's demise.

This is truly a DUmp classic.

You can expect her very soon to be online bragging about the superior insurance she has. Some starving DUmmy deadbeat will start a thread about not being able to afford some type of medicine, and she will chime in to rub their noses in her affluence.

Liar.

Well DU is like a big crack rock to the DUmmies...not too much of a stretch to think that once a DUmmie got out of the hospital the first thing it would do is go get a fix.

Out of curiosity I clicked on AS's profile over there and it still shows him as a current member; one could send him a PM or add him to one's Buddy List.  Seems a bit sick on Skin's part to leave up a departed person's profile.

Looking at the thread you linked. There's a priceless moment in irony in there.

"Karma" is a word DUmmies use to avoid acknowledging the wrath of God.

"Karma" is a word DUmmies use to avoid acknowledging the wrath of God.

Yeah, I remember that "kharma" was a favorite word for Fat Che, when describing decent and civilized people who wanted open and honest fund-raisers.

Fat Che consistently shouted that "kharma" was going to get us.

Well, it did.

Everybody involved in questioning the cop-hating Doug's ex-wife's stupid prank have gone on to flourish and prosper the past four and a half years.

On the flip side of the coin, the opponents of open and honest fund-raisers:

(a) Doug's ex-wife, now unhappily divorced and putting on pounds, daily becoming more and more deranged because of her overuse of pharmaceuticals;

(b) the red round one, deceased;

(c) the sensitive lad, the piano playing primitive, the "goodboy" primitive, having lost a good job, now working in a dead-end job;

(d) Fat Che, his wife and sole means of support having lost her job and his house in foreclosure (or near to foreclosure), and padded himself with some more lardage; and

(e) &c., &c., &c.

Yeah, kharma works, although not the way primitives wish it to work.

My personal experience is that drawing blood for arterial blood gas hurts like a son of a bitch. They stick a needle straight down into the center of your wrist, and it feels like they're scraping it around on a bone in there.
