Something's coming. A cautionary statement, not a prediction really.
Edited on Wed Feb-20-08 09:53 AM by PinkTiger
Sorry, guys. I've been trying to hold off after the brouhaha over my Edwards prediction, but I feel I must post this.
The last few weeks I've been doubting myself, as I predicted a Hillary Clinton win in November and "saw" her being sworn into office.
Obama's surge and primary wins have made me think I was either wildly employing wish-think, or seeing an alternate reality on another plain. And, I have not been able to conjure the inaugural for several weeks. It as though a veil has gone down between me and that moment.

And this morning, I saw something disturbing. The McCain camp is starting to see Obama as the man to beat, and they have stepped up the rhetoric. (Not a prediction, just an observation.) Obama's appeal may be on the wane, because I sense it has reached its peak. However, if he is not the nominee, there may be some issues we must deal with that involve violence and death.

A few months ago it struck me one day that the similarities between this year and 1968 were eerie. We had an unpopular war and a president who was not running for office. We had civil unrest and people who had not been involved in the electoral process getting behind a charismatic candidate who promised change. We had a divided Democratic Party and a brokered convention that broke out in riots, riots that reverberated through the fabric of the nation for years and changed the way America looked at politics. The Chicago Eight are indicted. The Weathermen rise. The Soledad 7 (not directly related, but part of the Black Panther movement that got momentum from the Chicago Riots) and Angela Davis.

We may be in for a rocky, rocky time in the next four or five years. And I sense a lot of pain and some very sad things.

I'm not ready to make any predictions right now. I do see a lot of images and I'm getting a lot of information, but I don't feel prepared to share. Is anyone else getting impressions on this?

3. Astrologically the parallels with the 1960's are definitely there.
Edited on Wed Feb-20-08 10:09 AM by Dover
Can't recall what the markets/economy were doing then, but that and global warming issues are some additional wild cards this year that weren't on the radar back then.

I don't know if you could call this psychic so much as an intuitive tickle, but I watched the Charlie Rose interview with Bill Clinton in mid-December. Bill was promoting his book and his wife. But you know when you hear something and it sets off those inner alarm bells because there is something just off...some dissonance? Well, toward the end of the interview Charlie asked Bill who he thought the Republican contender would be (or something like that).
Bill said he thought McCain looked strong. At this point both Charlie and I did a double take...huh? McCain looked like a fading blip on the radar screen at that point (just prior to the January primaries). And I thought...hmmmmm...very interesting.
Sounded like Bill knew something the rest of us didn't. Maybe a deal was struck? I don't know what that might mean for the election outcome, but am also not forgetting that astrologically, election day/week may be full of surprises.

I don't think it will matter much who gets selected for office. The people are not gonna be very happy about a LOT of things.

And most immediately, astrologically speaking, is a rough first week of March with a Mars/Pluto opposition which aspects the U.S. Midheaven/Nadir axis (using the Sag. rising chart). Dirty deeds.

17. I've got the feeling too. Something is wrong with the
way the primaries are turning out. Seems to me that Hillary Clinton should be getting more votes. I may be completely wrong about this because I don't watch TV news and only get my "news" from NPR and the internet. My concern is that the controllers will "let" Obama become the nominee, then he will be defeated by a John McCain/Jeb Bush ticket, because "America just isn't ready for a black president," then John McCain will die of a heart attack, and Jeb Bush will become president.

Mmmm gotta love the psychic prediction backpedaling going on there.

One would think that the law of averages would make one of their predictions come true once in a grat while.

When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Just so you all know...on the way home from work today I saw several vermin that were the victims of roadkill.

I stopped and examined the entrails of several of them and was shocked that I saw what looked disturbingly like.........

animal guts.

Will these stupid freaks please just crawl back under whatever rock them came from and let the sane people make the best of whatever life hands us.
Sheesh. ::)

You would think so but as it turns out the Law of Averages is a wholly owned subsidiary of Perfect Rovian Storms Ltd.

DUmmie predictions will start coming true when DUmmies cease to be DUmmies.

So thats how they explain it when their "visions" are wrong...  I've always wondered that.

"Oh...  I guess I was just seeing things on an alternate dimension"
