Just EXACTLY, what are her qualifications on the climate?  Does she have degrees in climatology, meterology, etc.?  Highly unlikely given that she is UNQUALIFIED to be a weather person on TV and became a member of the LOWLIFE society - a member of the U.S. congress.

I doubt that the voters of CA would approve this stupidity if it was put to a vote. I don't believe Boxer's scare tactics are going to work. Once it gets out that this legislation is a job killer, it will be DOA.

You might be underestimating the stupidity of the average Californian voter.  I've lived here all my life, and it still amazes me how oblivious so many people are, at least in the strongly liberal areas.

I can live with the "Dire Results If Cap And Trade Fails".  I cannot live with Cap And Trade.  So, it has to fail.
