I have to interview to get a promotion at work... what the hell is that about?  Why don't they just give me the job?  They already love me.  This is my fourth interview with them... you'd think they'd get tired of this silly little game and just give me the job. :innocent:

I agree, that is nonsense but sadly the state of business these days. I heard a press conf this morning with the new and improved Govt Motors.... they said nothing, answered no questions, just a bunch of empty buzzwords and platitudes... come back when you know wtf you're going to talk about.
