Evidently obama isn't very knowledgable about "why" the civil war started - states rights!

The Feds already took over Lake Texoma , which had several state parks both in Texas and Oklahoma. What used to be free for us citizens is no longer. Anybody wanting to use the lake for recreation has to pay an admission fee, even if one only wants to drive around and sight see.
