I got a little accomplished today.  Replaced all the belts on my car (no more squeaks!) and completely fubar'ed the spark plug hole I was trying to fix on that Volvo.  So, I've decided to pull the cylinder head off and try it at home.  I got everything pulled off the cylinder head except the intake manifold. Guess I'll have to save that for next week.  I managed to lose a 14mm socket because the nut is stuck inside and I can't get it back out, but I made it all the way through my day without stripping or decapitating a bolt so I guess my day went okay.  I managed to sweat through two changes of clothes and three shirts.  I think that second shirt is pretty much dead.

I have this cyst on my finger that I keep pulling off, and it keeps growing back.  I ripped it off today and went through three heavy-duty Scott shop towels (those things are great) before it stopped bleeding.  What the hell is this thing?  It doesn't hurt to pull off, its solid, and grows back within a couple days. 

I see my idiot neighbors decided to use the parking lot and the grass for their personal paint canvas again.  Oh boy.  At least there's pizza for dinner, followed by beer.

Sounds like a wart I had as a kid.  I burnt if off with a magnifying glass on a clear sunny day (hurt like a bitch doing it), but it stopped growing back.

Ah, okay.  I've never had a wart... I couldn't tell what this thing was.  I have smaller, similar growths on other fingers on the same hand.
