Well, when you think about it, he's the guy who's had to suck hind tit his entire married life, always having to play second fiddle to Queen Liz. (Yeah, I mixed a couple of metaphors - so shoot me.)

If even one-tenth of those statements are true (maybe, maybe not), it's pretty clear he failed Charm School.
