I applied to be a receptionist/file clerk at one company and was told I needed a bachelors. Are you freaking kidding me? A bachelors to answer phones and file papers for $12/hour?I even applied at a local Siemens manufacturing plant and was told not to bother because they are shutting down at the end of the year.WTF is going on with this country?

I don't really NEED anything soon honestly I have been saving for years and not going in to debt. I can still get by fine for at least another 18 months with out going in to retirement savings. My main concern is where we will be 18 months from now as a country. For a "recovery" it sure doesn't look like one.
There is no recovery plan, never has been.
That's a fact, Jack........uh.....Bondai
The US Postal service is offering jobs STARTING at over 12 per hour doing data entry here. Remote sorting of mail, mundane as hell, but easy money if you can type a little and can concentrate. Dope heads need not apply
Where is here?
