Lazy Lincoln coin available here
The new Lincoln penny depicts the political difference
between the Republican and Democratic parties in one image. The reverse shows Lincoln sitting on a log with his axe leaning against it while he is reading a book. No doubt there is a Democrat somewhere in the woods working his ass off splitting rails. There sits young Lincoln, when he sees the boss coming he will go back and offer to give the Democrat a break. When the boss shows up and comments on all the work he has done he will take all the credit and bitch about the Democrat being lazy and overpaid. I told that to a Republican this morning and he blew a fuse and started yelling you Democrats are all on welfare. http://www.usmint.gov/mint_programs/lincolnRedesign/ind...

He blew a fuse because you are retarded.

5. You nitwit it wasn't anything knocking Lincoln it
was just a comparison between the Republican and Democratic economic philosophy.

Republican philosophy: Work hard and pay your own way
Democrat philosophy: Government will provide.

10. No, in his day, a lot of Democrats were sitting back while their slaves did all the work.

11. There's something political on that coin? Huh?
Lincoln was a self-taught man who did physical labor much of his young life, and that is what the coin represents. Period. The only thing to be read into that is that there sits a man working his ass off so he doesn't have to spend the rest of his life splitting rails and living in poverty.

Besides, when Lincoln entered politics, the Republicans were the party opposing slavery and supporting free labor.

And nothing has changed.  The KKK was, is, and always will be an arm of the democrat party.

Really, Lincoln was lazy?

Lazy is walking 6 miles to return 3 cents a customer overpaid to him? (He did it while running a store near Springfield, IL)

Lazy is working your own way through not only college, but Law School?

Lazy is campaigning for POTUS when there are constant death threats against you?

My, the definition of lazy has changed.

While I loathe Lincoln as a President and Commander in Chief, I admire his motivation, honesty, and basic morals.

Not really, it still means Democrat to me. Union guys who worked for me were the laziest men I had ever met. You know, like drawing a 3' circle in the dirt and if 3 raindrops fall insude the circle you can call it a day because of rain. Happened more than once when I wasn't on the job site.
I'm the guy your mother warned you about!
