Smith_3 I think whether Wright's statement is anti-semitic depends on whether it is true or not. I don't claim that I know what goes on in the whitehouse. If there actually exists a real group of people composed primarily of jews (or gays or blacks or whatever) who tried to keep Wright out, then I don't think it is bigotry or anti-semitism to refer to them as "the jews/blacks/gays".If he is making it up or seeing things that are not there, pulling stuff out of his ass, then yes, I agree that it is bigotry and anti-semitism.Sure, it sounds like the usual conspiracy theory.edit: should have added the word "specifically". "Keep specifically Wright out" more then they would any other person.http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=389&topic_id=5832271&mesg_id=5832271
I think it would have been more entertaining if Rev. Wright Wrong had said something derogatory about the gays.
