Unlike some of the quotes cited in this thread, the quote in which Bill Clinton denies having had sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky is easily found in various news articles from various widely read news sources. Do you know why the quote shows up in various news articles from various widely read news sources? Because the quote, unlike some of the fabricated quotes in this thread, is real and belongs to Bill Clinton.

Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to demonstrate the problem with the methodology some here are using to compile a list of quotes.

When you search for a quote attributed to a politician and the quote shows up only on forums, blogs, humor sites, and highly partisan political sites, that should serve as a warning that the quote is probably a fabrication.

The quote you posted is a partial quote, but what you posted can be attributed to Bill Clinton.
