CRESTVIEW -- A 39-year-old woman was charged with domestic battery after she kicked her nephew in the groin and slapped his face, according to her Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office arrest report.

The victim then picked his aunt up and carried her out the front door, where he dropped her on the ground, the report said.

The victim said he and his friends were sitting on the back porch when his aunt came over and started yelling at him. After he went into the kitchen, she followed him and refused to leave. He asked her to leave, which is when she pushed him.

She then tried to leave and he blocked the door, according to the report. That is when she allegedly kicked and slapped him, the report said.

The deputy noted that the aunt was extremely intoxicated.

Well, she couldn't have been very effective kicking him in the nuts if he turned around, picked her up, and dropped her off the porch.

What a shocker, excessive alcohol was involved!
