Ah, rain and more rain.  12-hour days.

At least I'm not wasting summer.

The company I work for opened up a new location and sent the entire second floor over there.  My internet actually works now.

Just got out of my last class of the semester. Finals next week, then about 3 weeks off and summer school starts.

Nice and sunny here today, in the 70's. Since the new Star Trek film comes out today here in the San Jose area, I plan on seeing it tonight....and tommorow with friends.

Firearms training. Fun.

Working the lady that decided to suck-start a .357? Not so much.

Sorry to hear about that, Tantal.  Kinda puts my bad day in perspective.

Ah, rain and more rain.  12-hour days.

At least I'm not wasting summer.

The sun is finally poking through here today so me and the boy child will be out in the yard enjoying the sunshine as soon as he wakes up from his nap. It seems like it's been raining here nonstop for a month, which probably explains my piss-poor mood and attitude of late. Of course with the sunshine now drying everything out, that also means that I'm going to have to mow/trim/weed-eat the two-foot-tall-grass that is my yard now, which I'm sure will take up most of my day tomorrow. Yay.

Meh. Unfortunately, you become immune to it after a while. They cease to be "people" and just become a crime scene with a certain process to follow. I learned years ago to just hang that crap in the locker with my uniform at the end of the day.
