Florida man charged with murder after baby thrown from car

(CNN) -- A Florida man has been charged with first-degree murder after authorities say he threw a 3-month-old boy out of a moving car on a Tampa interstate.

Richard Anthony McTear Jr., 21, was arrested Tuesday, hours after a confrontation at his former girlfriend's apartment in which he snatched the child, the Hillsborough County sheriff's office said.

When asked by reporters if he had thrown the child out of the car window, McTear answered, "It's a dirty game. A dirty game."

Police had been called to his former girlfriend's apartment about 3:15 a.m. The mother, Jasmine Bedwell, 18, told investigators that McTear had hit her several times and threatened "to kill the both of y'all," the sheriff's department said in a statement announcing the charges.

McTear threw a car seat containing the child across the room during the fight, causing the boy to fall onto the apartment's concrete floor, investigators said. He then picked up the boy and drove off in his blue Chevrolet Impala, throwing the child out while on the interstate, the sheriff's department said.

The child's body was found around 4:30 a.m.

So far the bonfire is pretty much screaming for this animals head. But I am sure that there will be at least one defending this monster.

My heart and prayers go out to the family of this innocent baby.

As in, he may have stopped too hard and the baby went flying. I couldn't imagine someone purposefully throwing one.

This is what the Dems welfare state has brought us. The child was not related to this puke. Wonder where the father was? Perhaps if he had been around this poor child would still be alive!

She’s currently trying to force through a bill that would make Catholic hospitals be required to dispense the morning-after pill. Her latest bright idea? To decriminalize infanticide. Introducing Texas HB 3318, the first of its kind in the entire country, known as “the infanticide bill”.
The bill would distinguish the lesser crime of infanticide from murder, and define it like this:

A person commits an offense if the person wilfully by an act or omission causes the death of a child to whom the person gave birth within the 12-month period preceding the child's death.
It's infanticide instead of murder if

at the time of the act or omission, the person's judgment was impaired as a result of the effects of giving birth or the effects of lactation following the birth.
Killing your kid would still be a felony — but barely. Punishment would range from a maximum of 2 years down to 180 days, and/or a manageable $10,000 fine, far less than what most of us pay in taxes each year. This is for murdering your own child, so long as you do it before their first birthday.

This outrage has passed the Texas State Criminal Jurisprudence Committee and looks likely to become law. If this gets through in Texas, it's a cinch to take root in the rest of the country. The next step will be decriminalization.

Crying baby getting on your nerves? Brain in with a skillet and throw it out with the trash. Then tell the judge you were in a bad mood.

That liberals sympathize so openly with women who commit the ultimate crime by killing their own children tells you all you need to know about the condition of their souls.

By the way, Ferrar claims to be a Catholic. If that word is to mean anything at all, excommunication needs to come back into style.

Down here in Tejas, there is a law being considered in the Legislature in which a mother could face substantially reduced felony charges if she kills her child that is under one year old. Dem Jessica Ferrer, a catholic, is the author of the legislation and is in direct response to the Andrea Yates case here in Tejas. It sickens me.

Let's see, we have birth control (pills, IUD's), abortion on demand through the entire pregnancy, partial birth abortion on an infant whose body is out of the birth canal, but the head is still in the canal (the infant brains are then sucked out in an invasive procedure in which the infant's body goes ridged upon the instrument being the introduced to the base of the skull), and now, a post abortion for up to one year for a post partium mother....... where will the madness stop

Nope! Only the female of the species has that right! After all, all he is, is a donor! Especially in the left's point of view! It's the biggest reason the Black community takes the easy way out. After all, it's pretty hard to get government assistance when daddy is at home. You MAKE money without him. I believe if daddy is around, and able to work, they will turn you down for a paycheck.

Have never been on any kind of assistance, so am relying on hearsay.
