This is the follow up to the following link

Called Walmart security this morning and was asked to make an appointment for this afternoon so they could have a Police Officer there to take my statement and I could make a statement to Walmart as well. So I show up as scheduled and am taken to a breakroom in the back of the store and after about twenty minutes of questions by both the Officer and and the Manager of Security basic general questions about how I saw the event explode in to what it did....signed the statement and thanked them for the concern.. I was told that I was asked to leave for my own safety...I guess the guy spewed on for about five minutes ending with him taking a magazine and rolling it up and then smacking the security officer and an employee who was there to contain him until police showed up...I guess the employee took him down to the floor and held him there until the police came and cuffed him, read him his rights and questioned him and then took him down to the local station to fill out a fingerprint card and get a lovely photo and was released to his wife's custody.

The store apologized for the event and the Security manager then said something refreshing...she said that she voted for the torture administration both times and with what is coming out the Bush team should be prosecuted just on what has been released. She said she feels the sin of what has happened on her shoulders to a large degree and hopes those who were BUSH supporters feel likewise...She feels that President Obama is the right person in the office and believes that he will bring the BUSHIES to account...

I was told I could be talking to the DA as well soon if this goes further....Ill just keep the message alive in a mature and civil fashion..

That's a remarkably accurate accounting for a "guess" .

I still say that if we reverse the roles in this situation - it will give a far more realistic version of events.

This didn't happen, because I know for a fact it is against Walmart policy for an associate to handle a customer.
We point them out to security and/or management, and they handle them. 

I got a repremand once for yelling at a couple that were arguing over the electronics kiosk where I was working, by basically telling both of them to "take it outside and get the hell out of my department."

Nothing came of it, since a manager was nearby when this happened, and heard the whole thing, but my fellow associates abandoned me like rats from a sinking ship!   :bolt:

No freaking way this happened. Why would a police officer tell this idiot what happened after he left the store? I just don't see them volunteering information about an open case to one of the parties involved. That would pretty much taint any testimony this guy would give should it come to that. Perps get off on too many technicalities already, why deliberately create such a situation?

The cops would not have the DUche in question go to the freaking Wal-Mart to fill out a witness statement.
Nor does Wal-Mart have an "Investigative" policy. They would have filled out a one page incident report and the police would have come to the idiot's home or had him in at the station to fill out a basic witness statement.

Wal-mart would have requested copies of the police reports to store on file in case it developed into a lawsuit against them and then their LAWYERS, not the security people, would have scheduled an interview and asked questions based on the police report.

But you notice that the retard is getting all the fawning knob-jobbery they can stand, which was the point behind them making up the initial story anyway.

Yeah, that's one of the things that just boggles the mind! Not one of them has enough real life experience to know things simply would not go down this way. I don't know what's more pathetic...making up a stupid story so he can play big man on campus, or being one of the drooling hangers-on that actually believes this shit. It does prove how little real life experience they have...the fact that they can't see through such a stupid and pointless lie.

The real story is probably much more mundane...the jerk was eavesdropping and assumed the person in front of him was the dreaded "freeper". He probably said something completely innocuous like, "Wow, the Obamas are on practically every magazine cover...wonder if they think they're overexposing themselves." Of course the DUmmie perceives anything short of "Oh, Obama...I wish I could be his love slave...I have hope now!" to be an insult. The guy in front of him probably told him to mind his own business and that's where it ended...for everyone else. The DUmmie continued the confrontation in his tiny little brain using the usual DU-approved storyline. Once again proving they're too stupid to know when one of their own is lying and too arrogant to admit they're the laughingstock of the whole freaking Internets.

Your FIBBING...I was at Walmart in the Heights,across town at the other S.WalMart, to the East at Costco and no one had it....well I must say Walmart on King Ave had it on their shelves until I tried to see if they would sell it to me they got a SALE ERROR message I then didnt hesitate to tell them their store in the Heights had it, a phone call was made and they removed it as well and the on duty store manager thank me with a $50.00 gift card so I guess my copy will be amost free....I even tried to see if they would sale it to me even if I told them I drove all the way from Roundup....

I spoke with the manager that handles the gaming software at BB on Kings Ave this morning and he assured me that it hasnt even put on the shelves yet or did you ruin that for the other 94000 in Billings.....so whos FIBBING....after I realized I couldnt find it at those stores I went to Famous Daves got a Large order of Ribbs and went home...

If indeed you are being truthful I hope you feel good about the potential for a $10K fine that that mini BB could recieve if MS decides to do a sales audit...

I am personally let down by the many here and over at Avsim who expect members to follow the rulz and yet cant exercise restraint themselves....Why dont you tell the Avsim store to go ahead and start shipping it on Monday if you dont see any problem with others selling it early......

What I don`t get is that I have never once here or at CU or at FR seen anyone post a similar contrivance the other way.
Not to say it hasn`t happened but for the number of them that pop up daily at the DUmp it sure does speak volumes regarding conservatives securities of their beliefs and themselves as persons.

Of course, all the technicalities of police procedure expose this for being a very stupid bouncy.  What gets me, is, invariably the replies are all so obsequious.  "Did you really???  Good on you!!!!"   Will there ever come a time in their lives when they're not so naive?  Like the health care thread.  Doctors should never ever have a profit motive?  They should do doctoring because they care so much........

Would you want to touch the 400 lbs. primitive from Las Vegas, (Systematicchaos or something), bedsores and all, without some kind of hefty remuneration?

Of course, all the technicalities of police procedure expose this for being a very stupid bouncy.  What gets me, is, invariably the replies are all so obsequious.  "Did you really???  Good on you!!!!"   Will there ever come a time in their lives when they're not so naive?  Like the health care thread.  Doctors should never ever have a profit motive?  They should do doctoring because they care so much........

Would you want to touch the 400 lbs. primitive from Las Vegas, (Systematicchaos or something), bedsores and all, without some kind of hefty remuneration?
