Neb. resident goes to jail for blocking abortion protester

I live a little over a mile from the clinic. I've seen this disgusting truck there many weekends. For the record, I used to be a volunteer escort at Doctor Orr's clinic in Omaha.

Associated Press - April 22, 2009 11:45 AM ET

BELLEVUE, Neb. (AP) - Police arrest a man fed up with repeat appearances by an abortion protester in his Bellevue neighborhood.

Larry Spurgeon says he, his neighbors and their children had been subjected to a truck bearing graphic pictures of an aborted fetus riding through the neighborhood for about an hour Tuesday.

After the truck's 23rd trip though the neighborhood, Spurgeon lay down in the street to block it. Spurgeon was arrested, but his neighbors supported his move and collected money to help pay for bail.

The driver of the truck, Rescue of the Heartland director Larry Donlan, says children should see the images. Donlan says he plans to continue driving the truck through the neighborhood, where a nurse who assists with abortions lives.

If that's the case, Spurgeon says, he'll block the truck again.

This is new; no primitives at the bonfire yet.

There is something really extra creepy about a militant pro-abortion male.  Does anyone else feel the same way?  I suppose they're strongly enthusiastic about sex without consequences, to the point of murder.  It's obscene irresponsibility.  Or, maybe they've just been over-feminized.  I dunno...

I believe the expression is pu$$y-whipped.

But Cindy the libtard can camp out all she wants in Crawford.  :whatever:
Let nothing trouble you,
Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing;
God never changes.
Patience attains all that it strives for.
He who has God lacks nothing:
God alone suffices.

Yeah, the Omaha Steve primitive is a little hard to figure out, even for another Nebraskan.

He had a daughter, and then deserted her for about 22 years, and then had a joyous reunion with her, according to posts on Skins's island.

I have no idea what was up with that; if the mother ran away with the infant and refused to let Omaha Steve "relate" with her for 22 years, or if Omaha Steve up and left mother and infant high and dry.

Maybe he displeased him by refusing to get an abortion.

Stupid freeper bitch.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

Hey, some idiot lays in the street in front of me is going to get ran over. My ex would back me on that. :-) I got arrested for attempted vehicular manslaughter after running that psychotic a**hole down. Luckily, the police that all knew me came in and refused to take me to jail, and said I was so upset I confused the gas with the brake. Sounds good, however, I had backed up and tried to hit him 5 times, and had hit his truck twice. Oh well, sucks when the cops hate you, and know you beat your wife. I ended up with a reckless driving charge, and then my lawyer got that dropped. Still kinda wished I had of squished him, but really, really didn't want to go to jail.
There is no virtue in compulsory government charity, and there is no virtue in advocating it. A politician who portrays himself as caring and sensitive because he wants to expand the government's charitable programs is merely saying that he is willing to do good with other people's money. Well, who isn't? And a voter who takes pride in supporting such programs is telling us that he will do good with his own money— if a gun is held to his head.

The DUchebag is all for freedom of expression that he believes in.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Isn't that SOP for all DUmmies? And all the rest of the left? Look at Carrie Prejean. She learned what her freedom of speech was worth.  :(

Yet somehow, they have no problem with people like Ava using pictures of dead and wounded soldiers and Iraqis.

Can we just get along?

The DUchebags believe this, as long as it's on their terms.
"Timid men prefer the calm of despotism to the tempestuous sea of Liberty." - Thomas Jefferson

"All you have to do is look straight and see the road, and when you see it, don't sit looking at it - walk!" -Ayn Rand

"Those that trust God with their safety must yet use proper means for their safety, otherwise they tempt Him, and do not trust Him.  God will provide, but so must we also." - Matthew Henry, Commentary on 2 Chronicles 32, from Matthew Henry's Commentary on the Whole Bible

"These anti-gun fools are more dangerous to liberty than street criminals or foreign spies."--Theodore Haas, Dachau Survivor
