These are the kind that proudly advertise, "More than a POUND of Food!"
I have chicken, 2 Mexican and a meatloaf dinner. and I bought them in SPITE of what this previous thread claims...

Sorry to disappoint you guys, but I am the complete chick magnet.
To prove it, all I have to do is stand next to any gal, and people think, "Wow! She must be a good cook!" Chicks did that.

try not to get the corn mixed up with the mashed potatoes. It makes an awful mess when it explodes.

Swanson's needs a tunnel running from the pea compartment to the mash potato compartment.  Most everyone likes to combine the two.  I don't.  I'm a purist.

My choice of frozen dinner is now the Boston Market brand.  Their meat loaf is a 'O' face all by itself. 

I get lots of sexy looks from women in the frozen food isle when they see I have such good taste.  I had one lady ask to see my meat loaf.  I told her she'd have to catch me asleep, and even then it wasn't a promise.  Some meat never loafs.

I've started shopping in the frozen food aisle in an attempt to save money and have some kind of portion control.  I can buy a Banquet "dinner" for less than a dollar and they're usually about 350 calories each.  Okay, I usually have to prepare two of them, but for less than two dollars and 700 calories, it's better than speding $150 a month for fast food and eating 1500 calories in a single meal.

I've been buying those (Banquet) a lot more often these days to cut back on spending on junk foods for dinner (using my meal plan at college for lunch only).  I buy a mix of the regular and the Select Recipes versions (chicken parmesan isn't too bad at all).

I have a general idea of my calorie intake... I think it's around 2000-2500 calories a day.  I'd like to get down to 1500 a day since my routine clearly does not call for that much food.  Even after walking seven and eight miles a day for three months, I didn't lose a pound of weight.

Ask yourself, "How much would I spend on a meal?"  When going for the frozen dinner, spend the $3.50 and get the best.  You're worth it, no doubt.  You'd spend that much at Booger King.
